Returns are eligible for refund if a return authorization request is made within 14 of your original purchase. Returns requested after this window cannot be processed. Items must be returned in original condition and must include the original garment tags and poly bag. Please note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing, or shows signs of wear. Returns will be refunded less a return processing and restocking fee of $15. Items purchased at a discount above 50% are Final Sale and therefore not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions. This applies to all purchases made on josephmazzilli.com.
If you wish to try a different item or size, please return your original merchandise and place a new order. You will receive a refund for the returned merchandise as soon as it is processed, pending its eligibility.
Price Adjustment and Price Matching
Purchases made prior to sale markdowns are not eligible for a price adjustment. Promotional discounts cannot be applied to a “Final Sale” purchase. Joseph Mazzilli is unable to accommodate requests to price match other retailers.
All items marked 'Final Sale' may not be returned or exchanged.
At this time, we are not able to accommodate international returns.
All refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days of processing at our warehouse. Returns will be refunded less a return processing and restocking fee of $15, this applies to all purchases made on josephmazzilli.com.
Returned items should be sent back to us within 21 days of shipment. Returns outside of that timeframe will not be eligible for return processing online and may be accepted at the discretion of Joseph Mazzilli only.
All merchandise is quality-inspected prior to shipment; if you find a product to be defective please notify firstname.lastname@example.org immediately. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where manufacturing fault occurs within 90 days of purchase. Please note that damages as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a refund if the item cannot be replaced.
